“Fantasy love is much better than reality love. Never doing it is very exciting. The most exciting attractions are between two opposites that never meet.” – Andy Warhol
With over 600 submissions from artists and filmmakers across the globe, HOMOTOPIA is a pop-up exhibition of moving image, video and performance-for-film works that explore the body in different states of gender, sexualities and situations and its quest for fantasy and neo-realities.
Curated by PLUG Magazine, in association with Pink Season 粉紅天, the evening’s mission is to pool communities together to explore and share queer experimental media. We aim to discuss the connections and relationships we develop with bodies that are virtual and presented in screens, monitors and projections.
The pop-up exhibition is FREE to attend, so join us early on the eve of the Chung Yeung Festival to get the full experience. The bar at XXX will also be open to help us discuss and connect.
Extra details coming soon.
