Here is your next personal challenge :) (W - woman, M - mens)
GET RIPPED circuit - A Fusion of Strength and Cardio.
Men to weigh in at 10am to 1015am.
Reps in 7 minutes.
1. Ring Pistol Squats (W) Bench Press (M-50% Body Weight)
2. Deadlift (W-30Kg, M-60% Body Weight)
3.Inverted Row (W) Single Arm Row (M-30% Body Weight)
4. Weighted Sit-Up Reach 4Kg (W) 8kg(M)
Each person will have one of our elite trainers dedicated to them to motivate and assist. - SF always has your back :)
Complete 10 reps to move onto next exercise. Count your completed sets and reps to build your score!
Form is always important!
- Pistol Squats 3 inch from floor to straight leg.
- Deadlift weight must touch the floor
- Inverted row 2 inch from bar / Single arm row, straight arm to body touch.
- weighted sit-up must touch the bar
GET JACKED TRAINER TEAM ASSUALT - Strength
2 trainers in a team - count combined reps.
1. BenchPress - 110 KG Barbell
2. Shoulder press - 34 KG Dumbbell
3. Deadlift 160 KG
4. finisher - Single Arm Row - 60 KG Dumbbell - One team memebr resting, one lifting. As soon as other meneber stops, other trainer must go (+ 5 seconds.)
One attempt at each exercise per trainer.
Teams complete each exersise then move on.
Weights based on 85 - 95 KG trainer. % adjustments for above or bellow core weight.
Highest no. of reps.
