Salon 10 is excited to welcome DJ Fabsabs for a night of eclectic disco takeover, with tunes for dancers bringing jazz, afro, soul/motown, latin, funk and electro influences all on vinyl. Join Fabsabs for tracks with heartfelt vocals, funky rhythms, pulsating bass, and fierce brass - the journey is wide ranging, dive into the action! About our DJ Pete Sabine, aka DJ Fabsabs, launched his career hosting indie radio shows on Fresh Air FM (Edinburgh), Subcity (Glasgow) and KSDT (San Diego). This led to a guest spot at cult underground station Resonance FM in London. Returning to his home in Hong Kong, he played Soul, Jazz and Hip Hop at local hangout Chapter 3 before becoming a Volume Beat resident in 2008. In 2010, Fabsabs featured on side A of Volume Club Anthems Asia, his first CD release.
